Description
This flowing piece for a cappella choir and soloists gives new life to Will L. Thompson’s beloved hymn. This arrangement sets the first and last verse, capturing the image of Jesus “waiting and watching” in the now, and the “wonderful love He has promised,” from the past and for our future. Only a few moments of divisi in the bass section mean this can be sung by medium-sized ensembles.
