Description
This setting of Paul Lawrence Dunbar’s poem of the same name was commissioned by the Fond du Lac High School Concert Choir and their director Cory Schneider. Melodic exchanges between trebles and tenors/basses create a musical dialogue between the musicians–capturing the essence of this expressive and meaningful text: “you are welcome.”
