Written in response to the tragic and violent events of the summer of 2016, including the death of an incoming TCU first-year student, this work combines texts from the Psalms and Luke to create a haunting and powerful plea for forgiveness. An optional violin opening, quoting an ancient Hebrew melody is available upon request.
